2019 Schedule is Here!

We just got the list out and it looks good.

We are fortunate enough to have 8 rings for BJJ and 2 for Muay Thai

We are scheduled to start at 10 and have the last divisions at 3pm

Things to know when you get there:

We are not charging an entrance fee this year which means no wristbands either

Be ready (changed) 45 minutes before your division is scheduled.  In the event we are ahead of time we will start the divisions (ONLY IF EVERYONE IS THERE)

Check in at the bullpen when your division is called.  Be sure to have all your gear and a water bottle.

You will be brought to the first available ring.  Last year we had scheduled rings and that changed throughout the day as some divisions were faster than others.

After you are done your division the medals will be presented in the ring.  We are trying to run No Gi right after Gi.  So please get changed and listen for your next division to be called.

Once done, enjoy the rest of the day and cheer on your friends.

EQUIPMENT GUIDELINES

Make sure there are no tears, holes or pockets in your gea and no stains or blood.

BJJ must not have rashguards for 13 years old and up (Males only)

Gi’s must not be too short, we will be checking

Muay Thai gear includes Headgear, mouthguard, gloves, shinpads, groin cup, shirt and shorts.

There is a 2 lb weight allowance for difference in scales.  IF you are over 2 lbs we will not be able to change your divisions.

Etiquette

Arguing with other competitors, coaches, referees, volunteers etc. will NOT be tolerated.  If you have a challenge please come talk to me specifically (Mike Yackulic).  I will listen to your concerns and try my best to come up with a fair resolution.  If you are unable to control yourself then you will be asked to leave.

We try our best to make everyone have a great day but the reality is some people will have a bad experience.  Please come see me and I will try to make it right for you.
